Our Personal Strategy: to develop genuine relationships with people inside and outside the church- our friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Our desire is not to manipulate anyone, but to be there in their times of need and questioning. From there, we allow God to use us to help draw people to Him.

Our Mission is “To Provide a Community for People to

The Great Commandment: “Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart...soul...and mind.  This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.  All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.’”  Matthew 22:36-40
The Great Commission: “Jesus said, ‘Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”  Matthew 28:19-20

To break that down even further:
                                                                                  • To “Love God with all your heart” is “WORSHIP”.
                                                                                  • To “Love your neighbor as yourself” is “MINISTRY”.
                                                                                  • To “Go...make disciples” is “EVANGELISM”.
                                                                                  • To “Baptize...” is to connect people into “FELLOWSHIP”.
                                                                                  · To “Teach them...all things” is “DISCIPLESHIP”.

                                                                                Our Structure

As we grow as Christians, we incorporate more and more of the purposes in our lives until we become “home run” Christians– which is worship...living our lives the way God designed them.
We have organized our leadership teams to help move people around the bases.

As we do this, Our Vision connects to our Strategy which leads to meeting our Objective.

Cody Nazarene’s Vision: Connecting People to Christ through Genuine Relationships

Cody Nazarene’s Strategy: to develop genuine relationships with people inside and outside the church- our friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Our desire is not to manipulate anyone, but to be there in their times of need and questioning. From there, we allow God to use us to help draw people to Him.

Cody Nazarene’s Objective: to keep moving people deeper toward the center in their commitment to Christ. We believe that people grow best by encouraging personal spiritual commitments.  At each step, a deeper commitment is required.
