Does this mean that there is no place for church? No. Rather it means that we need to be clear and understand our relationship with Jesus and the church. Our service and devotion is reserved for Christ. The church, our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, is reserved for building relationships to reflect the truth of Jesus and to draw us into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. There is power in the church and that power is a concentration and reflection of the Holy Spirit as it presents Jesus.

Our hope is that our church will not be one that serves itself, but a church that is a living breathing community that is on fire for God!
